The LAHA Board meets on the first Tuesday of every month. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and are held at The Rink Exchange, 796 W. 13th Ave in Eugene unless otherwise noted (Summer months: May, June, July & August will be via Zoom). All registered members of LAHA are welcome to attend. LAHA teams are asked to send a representative to each meeting.

Board meeting minutes are posted to the website after they are approved which is typically after the following meeting. For example, January meeting minutes would be posted after they are approved at the February meeting. Team representatives attending the meeting should report back to their teams so that information can be passed along in a more timely fashion.
